search for the FS ad on here for alum sheet, sizukiriderfreak i think was who was selling it
goto some of the local HVAC shops home depot and lowes rape you i remember going there for some s-slips they were like 5 bucks for a 4 foot piece that a shop gave me a bunch for free. try smaller shops they will be happy to help PM me ill give you some shops to goto
