I’m on the east side of pittsburgh, new kensington area. I fabbed up a roll bar out of PVC pipe for my ls2 rx7. I need to get the pipe mandrel bent to my specifications. I’m looking for a place to do this anyone know of anyone who does this?
It doesn’t even need to be notched, just bent. I’ll actually probably have them cut the steel an inch or two longer than its supposed to be so I have room to work. I just cant afford to purchase a $20k mandrel bender just for a roll bar.
there are sponsers on the site that can do it domination chassis has a bender I think
They can bend DOM tubing which isnt thick walled and they only use a hand bender. DOM doesnt kink when it is bent like that, but other materials typically will.

Ahh, well then its a misinterpretation. DOM in a tubing manufacturing process. It has no bearing on the wall thickness. Our bender is not a mandrel type. Roll cages use very robust tubes so the amount of collapse is insignificant. Weather its DOM, HREW, or Chromo.
