So I called the dealer and they want $100 for an alignment on my 2004 Acura TL and $25 per tire to mount and dispose of my tires I am bringing with me.
I know I saw something about an $85 alignment for lowered cars, but mine is just stock. Where can I go for an alignment since the dealer wants to bend me over?
$15 is bending you over?
I can get the tires mounted/balanced for less than $25, its not just the $15…
Was it Licatas that offered the alignment? Anyone have any exp. there?
check with Pirite…he works at Randy’s car care on seneca right near you…I don’t know what their pricing is but they have a Hunter machine…

Planning to keep the car a while? Go through the guy on here and get the Firestone lifetime alignment.
I have the lifetime alignment and it has already more than paid for itself. They really don’t care how many times you bring it in, even though there’s supposed to be a limit.
Depending on your rim size $25 a rim and tire doesn’t seem way off. Call swerve for your mounting and balancing and then go see Russ across the street at licatas.

i read that as they won’t. ha. is this the price you got from us? because it’s wrong.
No offense, but after the shit storm I went though when I bought the car, I probably wouldn’t bring it back.
You pay what you get for, if your going to be super cheap and want $5 tire mounting and a $50 alignment, I doubt your going to get quality service and your defiantly not going to get taken care of if your wheel bean happens to leak after mounting or if your rim gets damaged from the machine, and no way its going to be a lazier alignment that’s done perfectly
Hands down the best alignment I got happens to be at my buddy’s place. I’ve been to licata’s, charging 150 for an alignment is too rich for my blood. I sat in the car while we did my alignment.
I just did the Audi. I had Tire Rack deliver to Amton Auto. Dan is stand up guy and did an excellent job…$69 for alignment, $20 mount & balance.

the shop i work at literally has the cheapest rate in the area. no corners are cut, and theres already a few people on here that can attest to that. focusinprogress’ thread has some of that in it. his alignment and all his rear suspension rebuild was done at my shop. ask him about his alignment… and we charge $50 for a front end alignment, can do custom specs, and have gotten some seriously lowered cars onto our alignment rack. i think we’re at $70 for a four wheel align.
those posts are the ones that piss me off, its not the price that has anything to do with the quality of the service, its the employees and their morals.

I always go to swerve for my tire balancing and mounting. I’ve done so since i have started driving Lol. Whether it was putting tires on my steelies or mounting and dismounting from my work meisters. Paul and Norm are great and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else !
