Looking to stay at a hotel in philly.
Would like it to be in a “boutique shop” area. Similar to the Delta Chelsea in the Younge Street area in Toronto.
Only other stipulation is a secure parking area.

They are somewhat new. They are usually filled with nice rooms and usually have people come and clean them for you too.
If you get up at just the right time, you sometimes have a breakfast in the lobby too.

Yes, try to find a place near south, preferably by the water front. Just stay away from the North, or anywhere in the general direction of New Jersey.

Then get the hotel review on tripadvisor.
