If you are serious I would recommend Pearl St in Buffalo so you are walking distance to the bankruptcy court.

not serious. Im writing a business plan for my entrepreneurship class and my business is as mentioned above. Im doing the market research. I finished already after doing my own research, but I was just curious as to what people think. I figured it would make an interesting thread.

If i had to open one in this area in theory, I would put it on Transit road near main street. Super busy area, plenty of businesses around to support walk in customers and if your work is good enough make long term customers. Plus with it being a busy road 90% of the time, you get break downs, easy towing location, easy advertising (people see your sign everyday). Of the people that see the sign I’m sure some will stop because people notice things while driving. You also could see some Canadian traffic as there is the mall over there with easy access right off of the 90.

A con of this could also be the busy road. Too much traffic. You could, in theory become very busy all the time, which is good for you but can be bad for customers. Nowadays everybody wants everything right away without a screw up ever.

If you made a good business plan and opened at an early hour (say 7am) you could even steal business from others simply because you can fit people in early so they don’t inconvenience themselves by missing some work or something.

Dude, with all the imports in the West Side you would make a killing opening up a closed down Cole Muffler at the fork that splits up Niagara and Busti on Hampshire across from Wilson Farms that used to be buzzing with business when it was opened although the workers where a bunch of asshole drug addicts. Either way, to me that’s a perfect location, as long as you can afford the $200,000 asking price and some damn good security/surveillance.
