Ready set go…

EDIT: In Erie County/Greater Buffalo Area NY

if u have a good enough shop, anyone would come, no matter the distance. they wont sacrifice workmanship/blah for time/distance.

i dont exactly live near innovative and i’ve been there before, and swerve is pretty close but thats not the reason i choose them over another place.

both swerve and innovative have a great customer relationship going on, which is always a plus

i’d probably pick a rural area, for tuning purposes, the noise factor isnt as relevant as to say a suburban/urban area (which is commercial zoned anyways so i dont think it matters)

and you would probably be able to have a bigger shop in the country, with lower property taxes assuming you own your building

advertising is everything in business, including word of mouth

Good input, but i believe with being in a rural area one might rather buy parts off of the internet at a competetative price instead of traveling to go to a shop.

And also im looking for a specific place. Like a city name or even a street name in said city/town.

Broadway or Walden towards buffalo or in cheektowaga

Why? Please try to use an somewhat educated response.

“an” somewhat educated response would be…

  • Because buffalo is obviously somewhat centrally located in the region.
  • You don’t want to be in the rural setting so my first response wouldn’t fit your plans.
  • Broadway/walden at the border of buffalo has cheaper larger plots of already zoned property than say Lancaster or west seneca.
  • Directions to your shop would be fairly simple and easy to find.
  • There are already empty factories and shops that could be retrofitted to your needs.

open lot of land at least an acre in the buffalo area on a busy street

good luck with that one

niagra falls blvd. in amherst/tonawnada. thats where everything in the world is.

IMO: Anywhere but in the city because of shitty driveways/entrances, potholes, traffic, crackheads, etc.

WNY isn’t that big.

Elma and Lancaster sound good but probably expensive.

I wasnt trying to be a dick, just didnt want a general response. Good answer btw.

let me change it anywhere there isn’t competition and were the money is

somewhere in FL, TX or Cali

Agreed.

Or Niagara Falls because the rent is cheap and you could market to Canadian customers to buy from you and have them drive over the bridge. Done deal.

+1

Truth. working on vehicles up here is such a PITA. I’d love to move down south and do it but the woman is happy up here.

good idea. impressive.

I would never open a shop here.
If you are serious I would recommend Pearl St in Buffalo so you are walking distance to the bankruptcy court.

HAHAHA

if u pay with cash, the shop is a better deal, always
