I just want to get rid of light swirl marks and can’t decide which one to get.

i use the first one all the time with a black foam pad at low speed or u can use it by hand its a little tricky with the buffer cause it wants to dry up but u should have no problem using it by hand…

Anyone know where is the cheapest place to get this stuff (local or online)?

try Frank’s auto supermarket. Here is there website. I know the one here in Charleroi sells a lot of that stuff.
