What did Bush do so much that pisses me off? He ordered a pre-emptive, unprovoked attack on Iraq, for reasons much more trivial than we have with many other nations across the globe. He snuck in crackdown on head shops a WEEK after 9/11, so that it would go through with little to no media coverage. He has directed the DEA to crackdown on medical marijuana growers and users, not only denying these sick people their medicine, but also trying to throw otherwise crime free Americans in jail for using the only drug that helps them get through the day. He’s also against stem cell research, abortion, gay marraige, and he has the IQ of a retarded chimp with down syndrome that has been regularly huffing on ether for a week.
Libertarian party is much bigger than the green party. They just get more media attention cause they have goofball Nader try and run on their platform every 4 years.

uhhh, yeah. Tell that to all the people that DEPEND on marijuana to make it through the day. People that would be otherwise bed ridden if it wasnt for Marijuana. Synthetic heroin is used all the time in medicine. They call it morphine/oxycontin/vicodin… And people get addicted to it all the time and destroy their lives… yet it still remains legal for medicinal use… :eek4:
Gay Marraige? If gay people want to be gay and start a family, then they should be afforded the same legal benefits that traditional families receive. This is so typical of GWB voters. They care nothing about the rights of others being infringed upon, just as long as its not anything that affects them.
if John McCain was president, I would vote for the Green candidate, because I can live with McCain in office. Even though his politics are far right of mine, I think he’s an honourable man, and would do what’s best for the American people. I don’t believe the same holds true for Bush. He’s not even the most qualified Bush to be president, let alone the most qualified Republican.
if John Kerry had a large projected margin of victory over Bush, I would vote Green, because I wouldn’t be worried about my one vote.
the fact is this: i’m not very fond of Kerry, but he’s a better choice (for me, at least) than Bush. it’s like choosing between being kicked in the balls or stabbed in the gut: they both hurt, but only one will do lasting damage.

The State was setup originally was Judao-Christian. That was the theocratic basis for this country. The only religious freedom you have in this country is the ability to practice what you wish in privacy, without offending citizens. (Meaning no animal sacrifices in public, or sacrifice of any domesticated person or animal.)
What does this have to do with Gay Marriage? Everything. Judao-Christian values are what this country was built upon. Their beliefs are not entirely enforced upon the individual. BUT, The state does not have to recognize such a union due to how it was based originally. They use those values as a guideline and stick with them.
They never stated that the Union is illegal between same sex, its just that the state will not recognize it, but they may continue to practice it. A lot of you folks need to learn how to read between the lines.
