So I picked up this beautiful pair of Mirage M-490is. Now this is my 1st time getting into the world of better sounding things. I am not going all out on the setup, but spending a little more than I would have when I was in school.
Now I am looking for a receiver to hook these bad boys up to. What do you guys recommend, USED !! Not buying a new one. Budget under $200.
Also if a member has a receiver that they are looking to sell then please do enlighten.

Adcom and NAD eh? How good are those brand’s ? I’v never even heard of them, not that I am a pro audio freak or anything. Just know mainstream brands like Technics, Yamaha etc.
yeah technics and yamaha are best buy / radio shack brands… mid tier stuff…
Adcom and NAD are upper-middle tier. You’ll find them with a bunch of other stuff like Nakamichi, Bryston etc. etc. at audio specialty shops. i’m sure there are new ones out there that i havent heard of.
get a hafler or musical concepts. both awesome names.
