Previous owner had painted on eyelids. is there any way to get them off? can i wet sand them off? please let me know. If someone can do it and has a good reputation i’m willing to pay. can’t risk them getting damaged tho, they are worth too much

I assume plastic.
Sand the paint off, then buff the headlight like you would to remove foggy, dull or UV faded headlights.
+1 wetsand it with some 1500 and polish it out till it looks like new
Ebay can fix those headlights for cheap haha

What was it painted with ? Obv paint but what type if ya know .
