So now thanks to Jeff, I want to upgrade my phone from 6.1 to 6.5 windows. Who has done this and can either point me in the direction of how to do it or do it. I found the rom, but I have no idea where to start or how to install it.

Tell me about it…I have to take it over to the verizon store as soon as i get a break here at work and hopefully either get a new phone or they let me upgrade early since I’m due for one in August. I doubt they will let me go that route though…
IDK about your phone but on mine I can extract the rom file, put it on a clean sd card, rename it to the file the phone looks for to boot, and hard reset. Try searching for how to flash from sd card online.
