Who can install my alarm?

I got an alarm with 2 way remote. had it pre-wired for my car (relays, etc). 97 328i 5 sp. it has remote start but I don’t want it hooked up at this time (need to either donate a key for the alarm or get a chip since it has EWS).

Anyway, who can install my alarm?
