hey guys im looking for someone to build me a custom catback for my truck
(05 short box reg cab dodge ram) i want it to look similar to the dart izumi pipe, 3-3.5 in with nice dual tip exit, im on a bit of a budget but i have lots of parts to trade, or my labour (licensed electrician) to make up the difference, i can get a magnaflow system for about 500 bucks but id rather be different and id rather employ a fellow member to do the work.

Well I COULD use a 200 amp service in my house to run my TIG more betterer… lol

not hard to do but that does involve the local hydro authority, the upgrade is alittle pricey due to material involved, mostly the upgrade in wire size, but completely do-able in a day if hydro is on the ball

Is there such thing as a 150 amp service? (Pure curiosity)

no standard sizes are 100, 200, 400, etc, what does ur welder require???

ill be at full hours in another month or 2, should be back to normal in 6 (i hope)

It runs fine off the 100 amp service… But to take full advantage of it 310amps I would need a 200 amp service.
Right now I can do most of the stuff I need. Aluminum kinda kills it though… Right now anything thicker than most IC tubing is a bitch, lol

must be a big welder most only require about 60 amps, what does the id plate say on the welder ??

I’m not at home… But I think the I’d says something like 78amp )(or 68) draw at the full 310amp capacity…
Its time for an inverter… Stupid transformer type welders, lol
