Hey guys, this forum seems to be the only one that members know alot about welding open diffs, so thats why I posted here.
I have a 92’ 318is would like to get the open diff welded, called intense auto sports, and it sounds good but they are a little far from me and Im unsure of price.
Anyone able to weld it for me, preferably in Mississauga. I really want it to be good quality, does it take some skill welding a diff nicely with quality? or can pretty much any welder do it the same?

Yes and no. A good welder will know the right setting to make a proper weld. He/she’ll clean it up properly (if there’s lots to be cleaned up). A not so good welder can do it it to. They just might get lucky and everything will work the way it should.
