Who has turned on their heat?

If you have AC, you can replace it with a heatpump which does cooling for summer and heating for fall, but once it gets below 30 it loses efficencey and only blows out about 80 degree air which wouldn’t be comfortable and probably wouldn’t maintain a 70 degree temp. But you can set it up so when it gets below 30 outside then you use your propane.

so it might be cheaper because you would be using it for heat for October to December, but then propane December til march, and back to heatpump for march til June.

Piping - yeah that’s pretty far and you’d be putting it below ground

Still off even after last night dipping to 35 or so in the valley. I’ll flip er on come first snow. Above 60 is in the forecast next week so we can hold out a few chilly nights.

But even once it’s on 60 is where she stays all winter. Layer up!

Do you take hot showers or cold showers? Lol

Cold showers of course. To keep the body heat down so it doesn’t feel so cold.

Lol it’s a great way to wake up in te morning!
