55ish the last two mornings but still no heat. Tonight is going to be the worst (31) so I figured if I can make it through that it’s warmer for the next 10 days out.
had to put on my AC last night. Damn 80* weather
I shut off my furnace and air conditioner at the breaker because I don’t trust my roommate not to turn it on when I’m not home…
I have not turned the heat on in my house yet. I still open the kitchen window during the day for George and close it around 8pm. I actually like this weather, just wish the days were longer.
QUESTION…
Do I buy propane now or wait?
Typically the price is lower in warm weather but, some are saying that if gas comes down in price other fuels will follow.
Either way the bill is huge when you buy 500 gallons at a shot. gulp.

I’ve been sick for the past 3 days…
Had my pc on in my room generating pleeeeeeeeenty of heat… Window was wide open, computer went into standby, (damnit!!) and at 7am my room was under 40 degrees…
I was in the bathroom all morning yuking.
Still not on, house was 52 this morning, i’ll hold out for another week then kick it on.
finally lit a fire last night.
Forecast low is 28 tonight…it’s going to be a cold one. Almost debating cleaning the furnace out tonight and setting it to like 55 but I figured if we could make it through this the next week or two looks like cake.
Might be time for me to whip up a batch of brownies or something. Using the oven isn’t considered cheating, is it? 
Posts like these make me feel like my “super insulated” house was a good investment.
My house was 65 this morning with no heat.
It was probably even warmer on the second floor.

I have not turned mine on yet. It was only 61 when I got up this morning so it isn’t too bad yet. I keep my heat set at 57 for most of the winter, and turn it up to 65 when I get cold
Tonight was seriously chilly as hell for the beginning of October. Even had a decent amount of frost to scrape off my windows this morning.
either my place is really efficient or my neighbors must of had their heat on (even though I’m in a lower apartment) as it was 73 in my place this morning, while vista was telling me it was 37 outside.
hopefully this place will be inexpensive in the winter
