house was 57 this morning, I refuse to turn it on, should warm up to the high 70s this week though, just one more cold day and I am in the clear for at least a few more weeks.

Still haven’t turned it on yet. Lowest the house has gotten has been 57 but it is a bit cooler upstairs.

Just set the energy star thermostat for 60 degrees, it shouldn’t be too bad on the bill…
At home, my mom caved yesterday and turned it on. Set it at 63º
The gf still hasn’t turned hers on. Her upper 2 floors stay decently warm.

woke up the other morning to find my GF left a window cracked… it was 51 downstairs… had to turn it on just to get it back to a sane temp, then turned it off… if it wasnt 5am, i would have just lit a fire… but i wanted to sleep… so F that noise…
Besides with the new house i still am curious to see how much a full month of “heat” would have cost me
it cost me $67 last month for usage and had my shit on all month (3200 sqft house)
still haven’t caved.

thrown in the towel a few times… keep it off at night/during the day. Usually just turn it on for 5-10min to warm the place up

Unless it gets really cold my furnace runs on low and the flame is like a Bic lighter.

even in the winter. My one roomate is the same way, we keep the house chilled. I’m not a big guy either, but I’m a furnace when I sleep. The 3rd roomate walks around with a blanket all day, skinny fucker. 
Woke up this morning and there was a bit of snow on the windshields of the cars. Still haven’t turned it on. Tuesday it was warmer outside when i was raking leaves then it was inside the house, but only by a few degrees. Does the person who lasts the longest get a prize?
It was the coldest it’s been yet in my house when I woke up today - 59. It’s been around 64-65 the past few days, not bad at all.
Good thing I’m traveling the next few days, and the outside temp will be up to the mid 50’s for my return. WOOT IM NEVER TURNING ON MY HEATZ!!
I got my heated seat in my car on sometimes does that count?
