Im trying to figure out what I need to do to go get my real estate license. Does anyone on here have theirs? If you do, howd you go about getting it?
My brother got his about six months ago.
You need to take about a months worth of classes, pass a test, then pay the state some money.

Where would one go to take these classes and what are the pre-requisits(sp?) for said classes if any?
Job has many upsides to it , great earning potential. Most of the homes you show have lots of jewelry laying around or even better plasma tv’s and most people don’t even miss it once it’s gone!
So from what I have heard about you. It would be a great job for a crook like you.

I got mine in 6 days. I highly reccomend the Cusack center for professional development. I wentthere,and Mr. Cusack is hands down the best teacher I have ever had. Never a dull moment. Amazing experience. I take all of my continuing education there. Here is a link.

I have also gone to the WNY school of real estate. If you can read, you can teach these classes. such a fucking waste of time and money. I went for the home inspector certification classes before i got into real estate, and it was painful. :tdown:

i plan on getting my license this summer (possibly). a friend of mine who is a realtor asked if i wanted to take the home inspection class with her, but i figured it was probably pretty bs and I already knew everything I need to look for. am i right?
