No more pizzas

I’m training my replacement today at Alioto’s.

I passed the real estate licensing exam, and I’ve made a little bit of money from selling the house I had in Lower Burrell, so I’m quitting the pizza shop in a few weeks. Now all I need is a haircut and some Lacoste shirts and I’ll be set to start at Northwood.

sweet! lacoste shirts are a waste of money though.

What office are you going to be working out of?

congrats

congrats

I have seriously thinking recentely about getting in to the real estate bus…so where did you start and what is the best way about getting your license…are you looking to work for a real estate company or what? And how is Pittsburgh in regards to making money.??

some guy in my building holds real estate classes. i dont know if he’s any good. but he seems to draw a pretty good crowd. maybe check him out…

after watching my mom do it for 7 years… you make money if you put the time into it! Its a 24/7 job, there is no doubt about it! We would be on vacation and a client would have issues and my mom would have to drop everything and get it resolved. So yeah, you make money… but its a shitload of work!

My real estate agent loves me, i found the house before she did. then we bought the first one we saw. so she did very little and got a decent check. But it was her experience with certain situations is what she got paid for.

Thanks for the input^^ ( both of you ) I just started to look into it BUT this maybe a the way to go for me…I’m gonna check out that academy…is there anyting else you would suggest??

ccac offeres classes to prepare you for the test… i think that might be what blanyer did? ? ?

Congrats, sounds like job season to me!

congrats blanyer!!!

fuck the Lacose shirts.

these babies are sure to get you clients AND bitches.

x2 my mom is always working hell at holiday dinners if the phone rings she is answering it but like you said the pay is nice

real estate is a good business, it’s a little slow right now with interest rates being higher then before…it’s deff. good money if you put the time in…

I’ll be at Northwood on McKnight in McCandless, across from Target. They paid for my schooling, and I went to the Career Growth Real Estate Academy. If anyone’s thinking about it, do it. It’s pretty easy.

Good luck. JoAnne Mileski was my agent from that office when I bought my house.

I just finished my classes and goin to take my test in the next week or 2

I couldn’t imagine trying to be a real estate agent in Pittsburgh. :hs:

congrats blanyer
