I got mine in 6 days. I highly reccomend the Cusack center for professional development. I wentthere,and Mr. Cusack is hands down the best teacher I have ever had. Never a dull moment. Amazing experience. I take all of my continuing education there. Here is a link.

I have also gone to the WNY school of real estate. If you can read, you can teach these classes. such a fucking waste of time and money. I went for the home inspector certification classes before i got into real estate, and it was painful. :tdown:
