you dont get it do you travis. you are all responsible. whoever grabbed the bumper there was no more responsible than anyone else. If you noticed the bumper being broke as it happened, would you have taken a step back and said “yo wtf you broke his bumper” to whoever had their hands on it…no, or i hope not at least because your all in it together. unless you are the guy that would leave your buddy out to dry, and pin it all on him, if you could. it looks like you would if you knew who it was.

whoever touched the car in ANY WAY while moving/turning it, is responsable for the damage. no matter where you were touching the car. There is NO argument about it. end of story.

I was over there while they were talkin about doing it, but I was NOT gonna be part of it.

if i dont have my hands on a specific part that breaks… i dont see it as MY fault… as i said its guilt by association… like getting caught in a car with a buddy whos transporting drugs. you’re fucked if you do and fucked if you dont… if i knew who it was lifting on the bumper you’re damn right id single them out. if I PERSONALLY was the one who lifted there and broke it then id own up and pay for the whole fuckin thing. but i wasnt and i apologise for the poor judgement in playing a prank, but what i touched… wasnt damaged… thus NOT MY FAULT.

Picking it up and moving it across a parking lot, causing damage, and then placing it in a handicapped spot which he just got TICKETED For a week before?! :crackup Who was the genius behind this idea? I’d love to meet them.
