I’d love to see someone with my views on things get in, like Howard Dean. If not, then I’d like to see someone who can stir up some bipartisanship win, like McCain. I want to see the sane, true conservative wing of the Republican Party take the reins back from the nutjobs.

I like how Specter stood his ground there was that fuss about naming him to chair his comittee, but then again he fully endorsed the magic bullet theory… From all the posturing Santorum has been doing, I wouldnt be surprised to hear his name come up too.

Daily Show is the best show on television. The only show (besides Maher’s show) that I always go out of my way to watch. Well, that and Washington Jorunal on CSPAN, but im usually not up that early.

how can a staunch Bush lover be a fan of the Daily Show? Its the pinnacle of everything that is anti-Bush. Which, might I add, is one of my favorite things about it.

i understand that, but the show makes the president out to be an IQ point or two away from being legally retarded (and accurately so). But I think deep down most of the non-redneck Bush supporters on here know that anyways and have just accepted it.
