Jason Statham was pretty badass in the Transporter movies.
Clive Owen was a real stunt driver though, and he skull fucked a dude with a carrot in Shoot Em Up.

I like Daniel Day Lewis. He was badass in Gangs of New York, Last of the Mohicians and most recently There Will be Blood.

I voted for Statham based on Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Crank was ok, Transporter 1 was great, 2 was meh. Out of all those guys, I would be most affraid of Statham or Jones if I met them under bad circumstances.
