Rush doesn’t suck, I still can’t comprehend how that point is even being made. You don’t like Tom Sawyer, fine. You don’t like Geddy Lee, fine. But musically they are an incredible trio.

I hate James LaBrie of Dream Theater, but Dream Theater in and of itself is a musical titan. I mean Jordan Rudess went to Juilliard School of Music at the age of 9. They are that fucking good.

LaBrie is good, but goes too high too often. He’s really tame on Ayreon’s The Human Equation.

I think a lot of it isn’t that it’s LIKED, but it’s spoon fed to them. Pop is totally a business… and some people ONLY listen to the radio. When you hear something 8 billion times you start to think it’s OK, I guess.

The radio is fucking driving me insane. 1996 car audio technology is driving me insane. but tape adapters are $25+ now, for some stupid reason, so I refuse to buy one. I guess I’m going to suffer until I finally get a stock civic CD player so my car doesn’t get broken into. I should probably stop bitching and just find one. But I’m lazy.

When I worked on the rez, a bunch of these kids who worked there who weren’t from the rez were from the fucking boonies and had no idea what music was besides 103.3 and 98.5. Shit is wack.
