Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
1 banana
1-2 tbsp sweetened cocoa
2 tbsp cashew nuts
Preparation:
Blend together all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk (other other milk alternative, such as almond milk)
1 banana
1 - 2 tbsp sweetened chocolate powder, carob powder, or chocolate syrup. Add more if desired!
OR
1 cup frozen or fresh fruit/berries of choice (for a fruit-flavored shake)
2 tbsp cashews (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth!
