when using a wideband… do u still need to use the stock O2 sensor with the SR20?? i have the PLX 300 unit
no
so it wouldnt throw a code??
yes your car still runs on the stock o2 sensor and your wideband runs on its own o2 sensor
unless you have a zeitronix wideband
Mael
it has it own o2 senor, okay so i guess ill get the bung put in… thanks
The PLX M-300 has a 1V O2 output. Connect that output to the wire that the original O2 sensor connected to.
MY SM-AFR has a output that sends a o2 signal to the ecu. wich is a better reading than your stock narrow band
