Any one konw what would be a good unit to get? i am getting greddy emanage and want to beable to tune it my self form time to time, so i need a good wideband.
The LM-1 is great but doesn’t offer Real Time well at least the model
I used and the AEM one the two that we got at Neetronics were very
noisy (Electronical Noise) causing unstable readings. Now were just
using the bosch Wideband Sensor with a readout unit that Paul made.
here is a good link http://wbo2.com/
i am going to get a Bosch LSU4 5 wire wideband universal exhaust gas oxygen (UEGO) sensor, and make my own veiwer. this should work good for what i am doing i hope.
That’s a good kit, easy to assemble as long as you are proficient at soldering. I bought one last fall and got the NTK L1H1 5-wire wideband sensor from the local Honda dealer for $175. I put an extra bung (18mm x 1.5mm thread) on the downpipe to allow it to be run independently of the O2 sensor for the ECU. Just itching to try it out as soon as the car comes out of storage this spring!!
