8 cap shingles off the top of our roof and one window shutter. The wind was whipping good by my house being so open. 0 trees around my property to slow it down with a golf courses surrounding us.
My wife was driving around Pendleton the other day, she seen a guys 5th wheel trailer laying on its side in the driveway. Looked like a pretty new travel trailer. Not hooked up to the truck however.
Power came back on sometime Thursday night. Adapper cords came in the mail 5 minutes ago. Look to be the ticket. Oh well.
I will be in my house 9 years next week, the power has gone out 3 times, 2 of those 3 times I have been out west skiing with my friends… Sorry honey
Had about 5 gallons of water coming into my house starting Wednesday morning. It was coming in somewhere through where the shingles meet the siding on my kitchen’s breakfast nook. Roof is only 4 years old and looked to be in great shape to me. Shoveled it twice during the day since I stayed home. It was so much water I thought maybe a pipe had a pinhole so I opened up the wall in my small bathroom. Needless to say I now want to change my galvanized running upstairs to the bathroom (have copper in the basement). I was just about to redo my small bathroom which backs up to the main bathroom so it seems like a good time to do it. I have Turk Master coming to look at the little roof section on Wednesday. Between all the shoveling and the water I really wasn’t a fan of this storm haha.
