This will be the first winter I need winter tires, better safe than dead in my old ass rwd car. Never needed em in the Alero, and the CL was parked during most winters since I lived on campus at RPI. This year I Will be getting blizzaks for sure.
I just picked up a set of blizzak ws70s for my truck, i’m sure they will be as good as any other blizzaks i’ve owned.
I’ve run Blizzaks and Haka’s on a few different 4wd and fwd vehicles with awesome results. If money isn’t tight you cant go wrong with either of them, if it is, then all other snow tires mentioned are a lot better than all seasons.
My sister and mother both have Dunlop Graspics on their Focus’s (foci?) and have said they felt completely comfortable driving in adverse weather.
On a side note, I’m super excited to get my Nokians back on! I bought the car in Feb and didn’t get a proper snowfall to really hammer around in.
