How do I set Wm6 to html email for my exchange account? Is this a server side setting? Poking around it seems that it is only possible if you have a certain version of exchange server running. Anyway I can find out what we are using? Getting / sending plain text emails is el’gay. I get html/rich text emails from co-workers iPhones so I’m assuming it is a setting somewhere? :rx3:
checking with the winmo guy…
I love plain text email… its too the point and no bullshit styling.
Should be a client side setting.
It makes it too easy to tell when I’m emailing from my phone because I left early and am on the golf course :shithitfan:
word. i need to upgrade my curve

I said upgrade.

I was told you need to sync with the computer once, and need to know the server address/domain, then it will work.
Har Har
Nothing in that link about setting it to HTML.
I have it set-up, it works, it has for months (thanks for that vote of confidence). However I would rather send HTML email than plain text. I have my POP email accounts set up this way, but I can’t figure out how to configure my exchange account.
More searching confirms I need Exchange 2007, not 03Sp2, and I can only assume we are on 03 (my outlook on my PC is 03sp2).
i said the same thing. apparently it supposed to work though. I’m no tech however…
Bingo. That’s your only way to do it.
Gay.
Cheap bastards.
They’ll waste money upgrading CAD suites every year but won’t update the fucking exchange server? I want to be able to search server archives from my phone too, that would fucking rule.
Migrating to 2007 can be cumbersome depending on what you’re coming from. Either way, you need new hardware because 2007 is 64bit only. That’s probably why they haven’t upgraded yet.
