it seems that most turbos should have a restrictor unless for whatever reason your feed is getting barely any pressure lol. mine feeds my head and is at 75psi upon startup, 25-35psi idling 70psi cruising and almost 85psi WOT.
I would imagine having a restrictor even if you didnt “need it” would hurt less than not having one.
anyone is ever in a pinch, Ferry next to swerve on walden has 1/8npt to -4an .65 built in restrictor . however they are like $15-20. i ordered one online for $5 but lost it lol.
