well i was saving up money to do some body work to my Zq8 over the winter… looks like the deer gave me a jumpstart at it.
i was wanting to get my pass side bedside fixed and ditch my bedliner, so there is a lil bit of work there cause of the rails and whatnot. also wanted to fix my front bumper/valence properly. and the tailgate was screwed up from when my straps broke.
now after the deer, i have that to be done, plus the entire drivers side of the truck to do, so why not jus get a start at it now.
i stripped out all the parts that are easily installed myself with the help of Dave (98LayinFrame) to save me on some labor. so now all that is left is the drivers side to be fixed, tailgate and pass bedside.

roll pan- to replace my damaged one
Grill shell - replace damaged
New halo’s… again jus bought them 3 weeks ago - replacement
front bumper
factory or street scene valance - depends on cash flow
street scene mirrors - possibly cash
but most of all… paint :woot: jus havent figured out what type of scheme im gonna go with
heres how i left it yesterday… it starts getting body work monday
the head board of the truck is a lil rusted from the liner… its getting preventive mait.
thats my main goal… but it wont be anytime soon unless it was to fall into my hands… i have a 93 4x4 project going that i am putting jeep axles under first… plus this one aint paid off yet
