basically they train you to have no personality, that way you can’t offend anyone. they paid someone probably way too much to come in and teach common sense.
there was one funny part… guy A asked if he called the IT guy a “computer nerd” and it offended guy B even thou the IT guy thought it was funny, if it would be harassment. She said no and then guyB said he was offended and guy A told him to “lighten up”…guy b is black and she didn;t get it. pirates jokersters 1 harasment trainer 0

We all had to sit through that mess of crap - Ok 100 or so male engineers to 3 female engineers - - Gee can’t figure out why we had a sensitivity training. I say you get into this field you need to suck it up - Leghumping is standard
