Even in NYS he’d probably be fine… the age of the car is what allows it to be “street legal”…

you sir, should do more research, it’s a 63 corvette. I also highly doubt it has faulty brakes or suspension components seeing as it goes over 200mph. The car probably wouldn’t even need seat belts to pass inspection.
