There are classes on the hour everyday. They will kick your butt and push you past your “limits”. I HIGHLY recommend the gym, I know its pricey, but you really dont understand your potential until you’ve done this.
Classes are usually 12-15ppl with ~2 maybe 3 coaches.
You must do a 2 week “on-ramp” program to lean all the lifts before you can participate in the classes.
Oh, the work outs or “WODS” change everyday!
once in a while they might have 1 month trials.
