More than likely you are just sore, since it got worse overnight. Strained muscles will tend to stiffen up as well… As for anything reaching out and pulling that’s gonna hurt. But to lock your elbow against your hip and carry things aroudn isn’t that bad…
BTW: I waited tables with a bruised tricep while in college, it sucks but you can do it if you need to.

Well jimmy is going to talk with erie WHEN AND IF THEY DECIDE TO FUCKING own up to this and take liability (fucking assholes) and see. If the car gets totalled they need to give us mroe than its worth because I refuse to fucking pay what is left over on the loan. Especially when its not my fucking fault.
This car has been a fucking issue ever since her and her dad went out and bought it after not looking at another single car. Christ the payments are 6 dollars less than mine and I bought mine january of 2001 with 5 miles on it. This is what really fucking pisses me off.

Well erie accepted Liability (no brainer) and Jimmy is working some stuff up right now because the erie adjuster just left and calling me back in 15 min so we’ll see whats going on. At lunch I’m taking jenn to get a rental.
They are giving me an SL2 for a rental… anyone know what that is? I can’t think right now… I told him as long as it isn’t a dodge neon I didn’t care…

Its not that bad. If they presume it totaled be thankin yourself its REALLY not that bad man. My friend got hit by a Ryder moving truck he had a 1997 Chevy Blazer he knocked the tranny to the ground he hit so hard and its not totaled. I’ve been in many wrecks i can usually tell when i’m right. I was in a Camaro Z28 when it got totaled and i said it was totaled nobody else believed me and i was right. Matter of fact it was LS1 Babe’s boyfriends. So please give me some credit just because i have a sunbird doesn’t mean i can’t be right.

Anyways… I suppose we’ll be finding out shortly whether it’s getting fixed, or being totalled.
Ok well here is the scoop…
it was 4200 bucks worth the damage. It was right on the line and the apprasier wanted to total it because he couldn’t find the parts. Jimmy knows some people and since I;m friends with him cut back on some things to get the cost down so it wouldn;t be totalled. He talked with them and we would have owed 2000 to her loan company if it was totalled which I don;t have laying around especially with all the shit we just got done and are doing to the house.
Clutch pedal was due to the control arm ripping and axel getting torn out, and It needs a new radiator. Body is shifted but not as bad as thought.
So it should be done in about 2.5-3 weeks.
So for mister suncawk YES IT WAS GETTING TOTALLED. :rolleyes:

you said bent axel, and radiator mounts. ITS THE WHOLE RADIATOR GETTING REPLACED. If it would have been taken to a place where I wasn’t friends with the owner yeah it would have been totalled with out a second thought you fucking tool.
ANYWAYS… I’ll be driving the SL2 for 3 weeks… her insurance is going to pay for it.
I got lucky that they didn’t total it… Luck must be changing.

That’s good that you don’t have to pay the 2 grand - I just hope the car is fixed right so it’s not a complete nightmare.
My suggestion is when you get the car back, rice it to hell and back and sell it to some unsuspecting high schooler for a little more than what you owe and get something that hasn’t been “totalled”. my $.02
