I can agree with that. My dad was with Louis albright for 22 years. He got her when he was 16 and got his licence. well she retired and her son mark took over. Well my dad bought a new boat went to get insurance mark and jacked my dad off big time. My dad was like fuck you you don’t treat some one who has delt with your family this long this way and pulled everything and went to another insurance agency.
The rental is a 2003 or 2004 cavalier. Auto of course… I keep putting my left foot on the brake when I get in.
see if you can wreck this cavvy too
j/k
yeah before I came into work I had to move my truck because itwas in the parking spot that is a strait shot up and down the driveway. This way she don;t have to turn and risk hitting the house with it. That damn house can be tricky some times and walk right out in front of you
does she also know that, The white line around the stop sign means “optional” too
I know you will never ever be able to teach a lady how to drive, your always wrong or get fed up

sucks to hear, i would of let them total the car but if you still owe then i guess its best to keep the car. and usually you at fault cause you need to be in control of your vehicle at all times. damm to see the car fixed. i needed the damm exhaust pipe. now with it getting fixed you can buy a bodykits since its cheaper then stock sometimes.

We are going to look into that, only to save Jimmy some extra $$$. He’s already pulled so many strings to keep my car from getting totalled, if it costs him less to buy aftermarket parts, then that’s fine w/ me.
that is too broad of a statement.
yes you have to be in control of your vehicle at all times but when some one pulls out infront of you with no warning you can;t be held liable. Especially since…
- Jenn had right of way
- Lady had a stop sign
- Lady was crossing Path of car with right of way
- on a strait away with no blind spots
- no weather or road condition issues.
So what it boils down to is exactly what the officer marked " Vehicle 1 faild to yeild to oncoming traffic PA vehicle Code violation 3323 B (or what ever it was)
She looses…
not in all cases, you can fight and fight that till you die and still lose…a while back my mom was tboned by a mail truck who ran a stopsign at 50 through an intersection that she didnt’ have a stopsign (actually mike you’d know where it is coming down off the hill in oakmont but i can’t remember what street she was on) anyway when the police showed up and talked to the whitnesses and pretty much saw the damage it was clear he was not only over the speed limit (in a mail truck) but also ran the stopsign (she got banged up pretty bad) BUT they straight up told her (the police) that if he had run the stopsign 2s earlier and she hit him, reguardless of him speeding and running the sign she was liable for the damage beacuse she had to be in control of the car. the mail worker would have gotten wreckless tickets, speeding tickets blah blah but the police told her she was lucky…
