I don’t know if a saab 9000 turbo will fit but I have one of those $100 for everything…with inercoler bov, pipping etc.

I have a 14B that i just had rebuilt. Shaft had no marks on it, all the fins are perfect. Didn’t have any shaft play but i had it rebuilt anyway. Exhaust housing has some cracks in it. While shopping the junk yards for an exhaust housing i came across a 16g so this is no longer needed. $150
