looking to replace the stockers in my infinity. sucks it takes 4x6’s in the front and are pretty weak. the 6.5’s in the rear are okay but crackle with any bass. i had polks in my civic that sounded great so i’ve been looking for those or infinitys. post up what you have for a reasonable price.
you can cut the stock harness for your 4x6’s up front bro and wire in some 6.5’s. I did it in my girlfriends sun fire and cut out a little part of the inner door to for the 6x5’s to fit and it worked fine and sounded 1000xs better too.
thats a good idea. i heard that a 6.5" cavalier mounting bracket bolts right in and you just have to shave the door panel slightly to make it fit flush. maybe i’ll try that.
lol word i just cut the door internals to fit the 6.5 but yea doing that would prob be easier, either way it works and sounds alot better good luck man.
