There is no other value choice for what your asking for. Yeah an audi fits your specs but unless balla status is one of your concerns, then a bugeyed wrx is by far the best option.
They are so fun from the factory
They are amazing in the snow
Decent gas mileage
Pretty reliable for the most part
Great base for a build if you chose to do so down the road
