im looking to buy a ka24de with wiring harness and ecu and you know all the other shit i need
do i need tranny?
I have everything you need the whole works motor, tranny, ecu, full uncut harness ,rad drive shaft, tranny crossmember, all intake pipeing and a few other things I can’t think of at the moment you can have EVERYTHING for 400 bucks WOW!! madness
This is why I don’t understand why people don’t do this, why have the E when theres so many DE’s for cheap.
i c. im very seriously interested in buying it. i just have a few questions
how many km’s are on the engine?
would it need to be rebuilt?
did/does it smoke?
how is the oil?
is it 100% stock?
do you have performance parts?
is that all i need for the swap?

Because its the same process as swapping in an SR. You need to reroute powersteering, get the DOHC gauge cluster, wire in the new harness, etc. Not worth it for the extra 10hp, unless you plan on boosting the DE and plan on making 350whp and 360 wtq.
single sticks easier to work on and less parts, less rotating mass haha e and de boosted both are pretty equal.But e has its advantages
