I am looking to upgrade my mig. Looking for a Millermatic 175, 180, 200,210 or comparable Lincoln. Craigslist is slim pickins atm.
220 Single phase, must be able to weld up to 5/16’s or so.
Also wayne, or anyone with a Millermatic 175/180 how do you like it?

Might as well buy a TIG to do stainless and aluminum.

Already got one buddy. :thumbup Syncrowave 180SD. I just need a matching MIG to make frame work, and suspension pieces quicker than makin sexy dime stacks on the TIG.
I just got off the phone with Airgas over here. They have a new Millermatic 180 with the autoset feature and a 80cube tank filled and owned for less than$1000 out the door. The 180 has gotten great reviews and has plenty of nutts for doing what I need to do. the frame rails on cars are usualy 1/4 or so and I dont need to be doing anything over 5/16’s so I am good with a 180amp machine.
United Welding on Freemans Bridge Road has a MM180, lightly used, for $750 right now. If you call down there ask for Bob and tell him I sent you(Adam Hennessy) I was just there this morning picking up some misc parts for my welders and saw that on the floor. They also have a new 251 there as well.
Good welder. The only portable auto adjusting amp welder I will use as it’s fairly accurate.
