The old Buffalo Beverage building is for sale or lease. It’s on 3080 William St. in Cheektowaga. Small office up front, huge warehouse with cement floor and garage doors on both sides big enough for a tractor trailer in back. Just drove by it today.

on RT 62 in Eden when you come over the Eden Valley Bridge (heading south) there is a very large silver building on the left and a ranch style home, its right on the corner of RT 62 and jennings rd
I cant remember the peoples name but they do car/boat/rv storage and the place is HUGE
I rented a space there about 10yrs ago, its a old chicken coop but is clean and dosent stink, think a large percentage of it is concrete floor
if your close it might be worth your while to stop by and talk to them
