i have a s14 vlsd $80
can be installed in a s13 if you jsut swap your diff cover onto this diff.

i also have a s13 diff with a 4.3 final drive and aftermarket 2 way lsd in it $700

i got a s13 welded diff lol

ahahha dealt with a welded diff and no p/s for 2 years and it was brutal and not to mention tire wear
