Heres the thing, it has been through a state salvage inspection in AZ and CA but NOT Ny… This being said, weather it has passed in those states doesnt matter as it will still need to be inspected in Ny… I dont know if its worth gambling. The fqact that he doesnt have reciepts for new fenders and what not doesnt help either.

Its got a title so you should be fine and wont have to do the NYS theft inspection.
