Sick!
is that on e85?
HOT SHIT
WANT TO BUY SOME
- Who knows with E85, no ones tried it yet with FI on our cars.
HOT SHIT
IM TAKING ONE.
I prefer to leave them.
so you are saying that ppl do e85 on NA setups but not boosted?? why? just curious, how old are you?
Theres about 5 people doing E85 on modern hemi’s that i know of,All are N/A. A guy in florida was trying to do it with a kenne bell on a challenger, but his tuner failed hard. Tuning is whats holding them back and also just plain lack of knowledge. I am 22.
do you guys have knock sensors on those motors?
Yep.
hey nick i dont remember AJ or anybody else at atco running e85!!!plus you tried getting JOHN into doing it as well???
No one else really is running it. Few random people thats all. Ive been telling john to try it out.
dude why dont you try c16 …see how that works for you since e85 is really not proven yet let more testing and tuning be done and when it gets better …do it
E85 has been proven in various dyno testing on various platforms
locally??? and by who maybe ill try them out!!!
yeah, its def more than proven.
Im willing to try both. But at 13$ pergallon vs. 2.40$ per gallon and only a slight power difference. Im fine with E85. I have 35* of timing in it at higher rpm and that is a TON for us. 19-21* was considered a lot, and ive shown 0 knock when working with my tuner.
not trying to be a dick but any local e85 tuners???
how are you working with a tuner if you dont even have your new set up??? Im totally lost… Just doesnt make sense… Im interested too in e85 but no local tuners back it up…
No one local will be tuning my vehicle. My tuner lives in wisconsin. Weve done all the tunning on the motor as it is now through email. The new set up isnt here yet.
