Nissan has the gasket, from a Z32TT, $40+(approx) if I remember correctly
You can get the turbo gasket from nissan, its the 300zx TT gasket. As far as the oil pan goes, unless your getting a front clip then 99% of the time the oil pan is gonna dented a bit so if you want a MINT one as you said then just buy a brand new oem pan, otherwise take it off and hammer it out.
