need to borrow a random orbital air sander…i need to wetsand my shitty hood properly. i did it by hand and i really think i can save the hood with some more sanding and a new clear coat so someone hook me up with a sander for a weekend so i can make my car look not so shitty. thanks. lol
wetsanding by hand is much more accurate, unless you have been doing it for a long time with a DA.

well, its not working out so well…any tips then? i went 400 then 800, then 1000…i have one spot about the size of a football that is really nice and smooth/shiny…while the rest of the hood is just dull and smooth. i want to make it all uniform so when i re-clear the imperfections dont show like they do now.
