Does anyone know of a place where I purchase hand blown and decorated Christmas Tree bulbs. Somewhere local (buffalo) would be preferred but not absolutely necessary. Thanks in advance.

Corning. A bunch of local shops have them stocked up, or you can go to the Museum of Glass, and they usually have seminars to blow your own ornaments.
