holy fucking truth. don’t get me wrong, i appreciate what they do, but a good deal of volunteer firefighters are complete douche bags. i saw a super small fire at a laundromat once, (one dryer), and 30 volunteers showed up to smoke cigarettes while two guys put the fire out with a bucket of water that i gave them.
